Shipping & Returns

Orders will ship within 6 Weeks of ordering unless noted.  Orders will ship from the Arto factory in Los Angeles where they are hand-crafted.

Glaised does not accept returns on any of our tile products. Before placing full order we recommended that you order samples first.  In order to see variations in color and texture please order several samples of the same product before completing full order.
